Where healing begins for women, babies & growing kids

WELCOME TO

NEW STRENGTH

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every mom, baby, and child has a unique story—and I listen.

My work blends fascial therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and myofunctional therapy techniques to restore balance at the root cause, not just managing symptoms.

My goal is simple: help your family move, feed, breathe and grow with ease.

INFANTS

The early days of life should be about bonding and growing—not constant struggles with feeding, comfort, or tension. I look at your baby as a whole, supporting both development and ease.

COMMON CONCERNS I SUPPORT:

  • Feeding and latching challenges

  • Tongue and lip ties (pre- & post-release support)

  • Reflux, gas, or colicky symptoms

  • Torticollis (head turning preference)

  • Plagiocephaly (flat spot on the head)

  • Stiffness, body tension, or difficulty calming

MOMS

Your body has been through so much—and every stage comes with unique challenges. Whether you’re navigating infertility, supporting a healthy pregnancy, or recovering postpartum, therapy can help you feel stronger, balanced, and more connected to your body.

COMMON CONCERNS I SUPPORT:

  • INFERTILITY SUPPORT: Pelvic floor and fascial work to reduce tension, improve circulation, and optimize reproductive health

  • PREGNANCY CARE: Back, hip, and pelvic discomfort, diastasis recti prevention, scar mobility, posture support, and birth prep

  • POSTPARTUM RECOVERY:  Pelvic floor dysfunction (leakage, heaviness, pain), C-section or birth scar tension, pain with intimacy, clogged ducts, and mastisis

CHILDREN

Growing up comes with big milestones—and sometimes kids need a little extra support along the way. From healthy breathing and oral development to focus, sensory regulation, and handwriting, therapy can help kids feel more confident in their bodies and daily activities.

COMMON CONCERNS I SUPPORT:

  • Breathing and oral development: mouth breathing, snoring, tongue tie impacts, jaw growth, speech clarity

  • Sensory and regulation needs: sensory processing challenges, ADHD support, difficulty calming or focusing

  • Fine and gross motor skills: handwriting struggles, coordination, motor planning, body awareness

  • Daily function: eating, sleeping, and moving with more ease

CHRONIC PAIN

Pain doesn’t just live in your body—it seeps into your energy, your sleep, and your joy. Whether you’ve been struggling for months or years, you don’t have to just push through it. Fascial therapy helps release long-held tension, improve mobility, and give you back the freedom to do the things you love.

COMMON CONCERNS I SUPPORT:

  • Restricted movement that limits daily activities

  • Stress and nervous system overload

  • Chronic back, neck, or shoulder pain

  • TMJ, headaches, migraines

  • Fibromyalgia, old muscle injuries

  • Pain and tension that impact sleep

Hello! I'M JACKIE

ABOUT ME

Occupational therapist, mom, and passionate advocate for whole-body healing.

female occupational therapist
baby Occupational therapist
baby cranio therapy

My journey into this work began long before I became a mother. I started my career focused on chronic pain and pelvic health, helping individuals navigate complex, often misunderstood conditions that deeply impacted quality of life. I’ve always believed in getting to the root cause—not just masking symptoms—and in treating the body as an interconnected system.

My daughter’s tongue-tie journey opened my eyes to a whole new level of care. What began as a deeply personal experience quickly became a calling. I realized just how many families were struggling with similar issues—feeling overwhelmed, under supported, and dismissed. That’s when I expanded my practice to include infants, children, and their families.

Today, I work with clients across the lifespan—from newborns to adults—blending my knowledge of fascia therapy, pelvic health, myofunctional therapy, airway health, and nervous system regulation to support whole-body wellness. I specialize in treating the mother-baby dyad, helping families through tongue-tie, feeding difficulties, birth trauma, and tension patterns that affect long-term development.

Whether you’re a mother recovering postpartum, a baby experiencing feeding challenges, a kid who mouth breathes, or an adult managing chronic pain—
I’m here to support your healing journey.

Real-Life
CHANGES

Proud MAMA

My son has made more progress with Jackie than he ever did in traditional occupatonal therapy and physical therapy. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and truly individualized. Every child-especially those who are neurodivergent can benefit. She sees the whole child, not just the diagnosis.

Grateful CLIENT

After seeing so many providers, Jackie was the first to truly understand me and treat my whole body, not just the symptoms"

Happy MAMA

Jackie helped my baby feel calm and comfortable after his frenectomy. She also supported me through painful clogged ducts with gentle care. I've learned so much from being in her hands. Her knowledge, compassion, and presence are unmatched.

Whole Fam CLIENT

Jackie is truly a one stop shop for our whole family. She's helped my baby's torticollis, relieved my neck and back pain from my breastfeeding posture, and even supported my husbands snoring. I'm so glad we found her!
